Job Summary

Own the CRO and trading cadence for O2 Business sites, tying merchandising, campaigns, product launches, and UX testing to measurable trading uplift across a fast moving, multi-site environment.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build and run continuous test and learn to optimize customer journeys and on-site performance.
  • Marketing and Launch Execution: Align with Senior Digital & Campaign Marketing, Transformation, and wider teams to plan launches and site updates.
  • Brand Guardian and UX Link: Protect site assets and copy while ensuring launches, changes and testing plans are implemented.
