Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of content deliverables for your own portfolio of clients
• Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing client relationships, keeping delivery on track, and ensuring quality remains high
• Lead fortnightly or monthly check-in meetings with multiple stakeholders
• Communicate directly with clients via Slack, email, and Trello
• Prepare for meetings, presenting to clients, and handling questions live on calls
• Prioritize task types across your client portfolio, coordinating with in-house Writing and Strategy teams to meet dependencies
• Drive work forward and chase clients and internal team members to keep delivery on track
• Understand clients’ priorities and goals, how content strategy ties into them, and how each deliverable feeds into that strategy
• Brief the Writing team before they start work and ensure each finished piece meets the brief
• Own the final quality check of each content piece prior to delivery

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience in a project management, client/account management, or similar role
• Meticulous eye for quality, ability to identify problems or blockers, and proactive approach to solving them
• Confident in getting up to speed fast on unfamiliar B2B and SaaS topics; content must be compelling, user-friendly, and optimized for AI and legacy search
• GEO understanding would be an advantage
• Strong critical thinking
• Confident in communicating via Basecamp, Google Meet, Slack, Email, and video calls
• Regular attendance at meetings between 9am–5pm GMT; remote team mainly in Europe with clients worldwide
