Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact and own end-to-end delivery of content deliverables for your own portfolio of clients.
• Maintain -- and improve upon -- our high delivery standards.
• Manage client relationships, keep delivery on track, and ensure quality remains high.
• Communicate with clients via Slack, email, and Trello, and lead fortnightly or monthly check-in meetings.
• Prepare for meetings, present to clients, and handle questions live on calls.
• Ensure that every deliverable for each of their clients is delivered on time, on brief, and meets our high bar for quality.
• Work closely with our Strategy team to ensure our recommended programme of work matches the client’s needs.
• Produce high-quality content outlines (briefs) for the writing team before they start work.
• Own the final quality check of each content piece prior to delivery.
• Maintain meticulous editorial standards across clients’ content; ensure content is optimized according to our AI optimization thesis; meets client voice, messaging, and style guidelines; and is user-friendly and visually engaging.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience in a project management, client/account management, or similar role.
• Meticulous eye for quality, an ability to identify problems or blockers, and a proactive approach to solving them.
• Confident in getting up to speed fast on unfamiliar B2B and SaaS topics.
• Strong critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be comfortable communicating with the team through Basecamp (project management software) and Google Meet, and with clients through Slack, Email, and video calls.
• Regular attendance at meetings between 9am–5pm GMT, with occasional calls outside these times.

Preferred

• A working understanding of GEO would be an advantage, but what we’re really looking for is somebody with an eagerness to learn and the ability to do so quickly.
