Content Editor

Responsibilities

• As part of our Engagement team, you'll support communications, colleague engagement and events activity across Business Banking.
• You’ll create visually engaging content and materials for communications, events and engagement activity, designing presentations, infographics, guides, toolkits, newsletters, posters and digital assets.
• The role includes producing leadership presentations and materials for senior audiences, supporting campaigns and communications activity through the creation of high-quality visual content, and creating content for internal channels including email, intranet and collaboration platforms.
• You’ll design and produce materials for conferences, colleague events and customer events, while editing, formatting and quality-checking documents and presentations to ensure a consistently high standard.
• You’ll apply Nationwide and Business Banking brand guidelines across all outputs, maintain and improve templates, content libraries and design assets, and work closely with Communications and Events colleagues to deliver content at pace.
• In addition, you’ll support photography, video and multimedia activity where required.

Requirements

• Experience in a content production, artwork, creating materials for communications, events, marketing or corporate audiences
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong presentation design and content creation skills
• Experience Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, SharePoint content formatting tools
• A good understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Experience in presentation design, infographic creation, document production, image editing and digital content creation would be particularly valuable
• The ability to turn complex information into simple, engaging visual content
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with a range of colleagues
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• The ability to work at pace while maintaining exceptional quality standards
