Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media profiles across key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Craft copy and visuals that reflect DI’s tone of voice and maintain a consistent brand identity.
Identify and engage with relevant influencers, online communities, diaspora groups, and content creators on social media to explore collaboration opportunities that enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
Establish and maintain a tracker of all brand associates, ambassadors, and influencer partnerships to monitor their deliverables, deadlines, and overall performance against agreed terms.
Generate regular performance reports and flag non-compliance or underperformance.
Draft, manage, and regularly update service level agreements (SLAs), brand partnership agreements, and performance contracts to ensure clarity of deliverables and protect brand interests in all collaborations.
Create engaging and shareable content — from ideation to execution — including text, imagery, graphics, videos, Reels, and behind-the-scenes content.
Develop and maintain the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, global events, and marketing priorities.
Produce platform-specific content, especially for social paid campaigns.
Lead and capture content during campaign and lifestyle shoots, events, and team initiatives.
