Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Develop and deliver full-funnel marketing strategies, including SEO, email, and organic social
• Collaborate with internal team members and freelancers to create high-impact campaigns
• Own client relationships — from onboarding to reporting — keeping comms sharp and consistent
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixels, and platform dashboards
• Prepare regular reports and insights to track KPIs, ROI, and growth opportunities
• Support with content planning and email marketing (we use Mailchimp, Brevo, and others)
• Flag risks, performance dips, or opportunities to senior management proactively

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Proven success managing Google Ads & Meta Ads independently
• Comfortable working with tracking setups (GA4, GTM, pixels, UTM tags)
• Strong communicator — written, verbal, and visual
• Confident coordinating with clients, designers, and remote teams
• UK-based with ability to join monthly meet-ups in Gerrards Cross
• Experience with SEO and/or basic design (e.g. Canva, Adobe, Figma) is a bonus
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Self-starter — you’ll get plenty of support, but we’ll trust you to own your work
• A clean driving licence is a bonus, but not required
