Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create social-first content. Plan and produce short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube that stops the scroll and gets results for our clients.
  • Write scripts. Turn client goals into strong hooks, clear scripts and practical shot lists.
  • Lead shoots. Run shoots on location from start to finish. Set up, keep the day on schedule and make sure every shot on the list gets captured.
  • Guide clients and talent. Direct business owners, staff and models with confidence, so everyone on camera feels comfortable and comes across well.
  • Film on any kit. Capture high-quality footage on professional cameras and smartphones, with good lighting and clean audio.
  • Act as a content creator. Step in front of the camera when a video needs a presenter, voiceover or creator-style delivery.
  • Edit for each platform. Cut raw footage into polished videos with the right pacing, captions, colour, sound and graphics, using the video editing software of your choosing.
  • Support social media management. Help manage client accounts, prepare posts and captions, and use performance data to shape the next round of content.
  • Stay ahead of trends. Keep on top of trending formats, sounds and platform changes, and bring fresh ideas to clients before they ask.
  • Stay organised. Juggle several clients and deadlines at once, and keep every project file and video asset properly archived.
