Job Summary
Own the end to end creation and execution of social content for construction industry clients, from on site shoots to planning calendars, captions and graphics that feel authentic and not scripted.
- Content production: plan, shoot, edit video and photography for multiple platforms and deliver engaging visuals.
- Storytelling and copy: craft captions and posts that reflect client narratives and resonate with audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- Campaign planning and collaboration: develop content calendars with the team and clients, and bring ideas to life through close collaboration and travel to client sites as needed.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Visiting client sites to capture photo, video and drone content
- Creating engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
- Editing videos that people actually want to watch
- Taking and editing professional photography
- Designing social graphics and creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Writing captions and content that don’t sound like they were written by ChatGPT in 2023
- Planning content calendars and campaign ideas
- Working closely with our team and clients to bring ideas to life
- Keeping up with social trends without trying too hard to be trendy
- Helping clients tell their story in a way that’s engaging, authentic and effective
Requirements
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Photography and videography experience
- Video editing experience
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom
- A good eye for design, composition and storytelling
- Confidence working independently and managing multiple projects
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client locations
Preferred
- Experience flying drones and holding relevant certifications
- Experience working within an agency environment
- Experience creating content for B2B businesses
- Knowledge of the construction industry (although we’ll happily teach you)
