Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Film, photograph and edit professional Reels, TikTok videos, treatment demonstrations, promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content.
• Design attractive promotional posters, social media graphics, Instagram stories, advertisements and marketing materials.
• Must have good working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar), CapCut or equivalent professional design and video-editing software.
• Capture professional photographs and videos of treatments, clinic interiors, products and team activities.
• Create visually appealing content that reflects The Enchara's luxury brand identity.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, trending audio, viral content and creative marketing techniques.
• Develop original content ideas to help our clinic stand out from competitors.
• Take full responsibility for the daily management of The Enchara's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish regular posts, stories, Reels and promotional content.

Requirements

• Previous experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
• Good working knowledge of Canva, Adobe or equivalent professional design and editing software is essential.
• Confidence in filming, editing and producing high-quality social media videos.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and current social media trends.
• Experience creating professional promotional graphics, posters and marketing materials.
• Ability to independently manage business social media accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in responding to client enquiries, messages and comments professionally.
• Good understanding of how social media marketing can generate leads, enquiries and bookings.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop original marketing ideas.

Preferred

• Previous experience in the beauty, skincare, aesthetics or wellness industry.
• Experience running Meta Ads or other paid social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
• Experience with photography and professional video editing.
• Experience creating successful promotional campaigns.
• Understanding of social media analytics, audience growth and conversion rates.
• Experience with email marketing and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with appointment booking systems or customer relationship management software.
