Own the dual craft of serving great coffee and shaping engaging brand content online, aligning guest experience with social media storytelling and local community relations.

  • Coffee & Guest Experience: craft beverages, welcome guests, and drive repeat visits.
  • Content & Social: create photos/videos and posts, manage publishing, respond to comments, and analyze engagement.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Coffee Service & Guest Experience: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and engage customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Content Creation & Social Management: Create compelling content for social platforms and manage posting, comments, and engagement analysis.
  • Events & Community Outreach: Assist in organising promotional events and campaigns to boost brand visibility, and build positive community relations.
  • Shop Hygiene & Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed about current coffee culture and digital marketing trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Public Relations & Brand Voice: Foster positive relationships with customers and community members through effective PR strategies.
  • Requirements: Excellent communication and a friendly, approachable demeanor; proven social media or digital content creation experience; strong multitasking and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of PR principles for community engagement; passion for coffee and customer service; creative with visual storytelling; ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Preferred: Previous barista experience is desirable; training provided for technical skills.
