Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage media relations and respond promptly to press enquiries, ensuring accurate, timely information that protects and promotes the organisation's reputation.
  • Develop and deliver proactive media strategies and campaigns to raise awareness of key priorities and generate positive coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and external stakeholders to secure balanced reporting and enhance trust.
  • Coordinate partnership communications across system organisations, ensuring consistent messaging and collaborative engagement.
  • Monitor media coverage and produce regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting trends, sentiment, and emerging issues.
