Job Summary

Own the school's marketing and communications delivery by producing digital signage, videos, copy and collateral, and coordinating events and stakeholder communications in line with the strategic vision.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promote brand identity across all school functions both internal and external, focusing on the production of digital signage, notices, newsletters and standardisation of all school documentation.
  • Develop other marketing and school resources in consultation with the Marketing and Communications Officer and in line with the school’s strategic vision, for example, videos for transition, posters, banners and press advertisements.
  • Film and edit moving images to create promotional videos for the whole school, in line with the school’s strategic vision and in consultation with the Marketing and Communications Officer.
  • Work with the Marketing and Communications Officer to plan and co-ordinate whole school events (e.g. Prospective Parent Evenings, school concerts), managing complex range of tasks to ensure proficient digital and PR support, from display to presentation.
  • Check that the technology is working correctly prior to presentations and that the operation is smooth and professional.
  • Provide still and moving image resources for the Marketing and Communications Officer in order to update and maintain the school’s website, social media platforms and prospectus documents, to enhance the school’s communication with parents and other stakeholders, including visitors to the school.
  • Work with other members of the school’s communication team to ensure that communication with parents and other key stakeholders is timely, efficient and professional, thus enhancing the reputation of the school
