Communications Executive

Responsibilities

• Organic and Executive Social Media: Manage strategy and delivery of organic social content for apetito | Wiltshire Farm Foods’ corporate channels, collaborating with PR and Creative to align with campaigns.
• Executive communications: Plan and manage social content for Executive and Board leaders, ensuring authentic tone and consistency.
• Digital Reputation Management: Monitor apetito's digital reputation across Glassdoor, Trustpilot and Indeed; track sentiment and themes.
• Response management: Support timely, appropriate responses in line with guidance and brand standards.
• Internal Communications Delivery: Deliver day-to-day internal communications, gather internal news, write engaging stories, produce newsletters, and publish content across internal channels.
• Brand and Tone Guard: Ensure communications align to brand, tone of voice and values; guard quality across owned channels.
• Content collaboration: Work with PR, Creative and Digital teams to adapt and amplify stories across internal and external channels.
• Measurement and Insight: Track communications activity and channel performance, using insights to support reporting and continuous improvement.
• Internal Events Support: Assist planning and delivering internal events, ensuring engagement and smooth execution.
• Visits and Events Digital Support: Provide communications-focused digital support for visits and events, including digital storytelling tools.

Requirements

• Experience in communications, content, social media or a related role.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with ability to adapt tone for internal, external and executive audiences.
• Experience managing or contributing to corporate organic social media channels.
• Understanding of brand, tone of voice and the importance of consistency in corporate communications.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience supporting internal communications or employee engagement activity.
• Experience managing or monitoring digital reputation platforms.
• Experience within a complex, multi-site or operational organisation.
• Professional qualification in communications, marketing or a related field.
