You will own business development activities and day-to-day marketing, building relationships with local authority, housing association, and professional clients while coordinating content across case studies, site content, social media, and the company website.
- Develop and manage the BD workflow from prospecting to meetings and follow-ups
- Oversee marketing content creation and publication across multiple channels
- Collaborate with an external marketing consultancy to amplify brand and outreach

Responsibilities
- research and identify prospective local authority, housing association and professional clients, make contact with them, and book meetings for our Preconstruction Director.
- You will also look after our day to day marketing, including case studies, site content, social media and the website, working alongside our external marketing consultancy.
Requirements
- Experience of business development, appointment setting, lead generation or client-facing account work.
- Confidence contacting people you have not met before, by telephone, email and LinkedIn.
- Good written English and an eye for detail.
- Organised and self-directed.
- An interest in marketing and content.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Construction experience is welcome but not essential.
