Job Summary

Own brand direction and development for a fashion label, bridging product, marketing and supplier workstreams to shape ranges, visuals and identity.

Brand direction and product development ownership across ranges, SKUs, and garment development.
Cross functional liaison between Tech and Marketing to align on KPI reporting and supplier relationships.
Trend interpretation, market research, and competitive analysis informing style and colour decisions.

Managing brand ranges and SKUs
Suggesting new styles and colours
Product Development
Leading Photoshoots on own and with agencies
Developing and communicating brand identity through brand guidelines
Managing your brand budgets

Requirements

Experience of leading a brand
be confident in leading brand direction, interpreting trends, range planning, garment development and brand guidelines
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and accurate in their work
Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
