Job Summary

Own region-wide brand leadership for Signature Brands, shaping retailer propositions, ramping distribution, and driving profitable growth through activation, events, and portfolio innovations.

  • Growth Leadership: mobilise regional telesales, activate investment plans, and expand distribution and share of Signature Brands.
  • Channel & Retail Partnerships: train regional account managers, host key account sampling, and tailor cocktails and menus to boost menu share.
  • Portfolio & Profitability: apply investment tactics to maximise margins, manage POS placement, and execute ROI-positive events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of portfolio brands and capability to deliver compelling and irresistible retailer propositions. This would include the ability to make cocktails.
  • Create effective relationships with regional account managers and provide training and support which inspires step-jumped portfolio growth.
  • Mobilise regional telesales to accelerate portfolio growth.
  • Maintain existing and drive new distribution of Signature Brands products.
  • Grow the rate of sale of Signature Brands via activation of portfolio investment plans.
  • Expand the range and presence of Signature Brands portfolio through activation of the Innovation launch strategy.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Investment tactics to maximise margins.
  • Assess and activate events which deliver positive ROI dynamics.
  • Management of POS placement, merchandising and sampling.
  • Host and attend key account sampling and promotional programmes (which you may run).

Requirements

  • Able to prioritise tasks and organise time efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Competitive, sales-driven mindset.
  • Ability to present to a range of stakeholders, including customers and colleagues.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Computer literate with fluency in Excel.
  • On-trade experience, either in senior management, wholesale or brand development.
  • Valid driver’s licence.

Preferred

  • Experience with event planning and organisation is desired.
  • Beverage knowledge, including beer, cider, spirits and soft drinks. WSET qualifications are an advantage.
