- Analytical mindset and strong interest in understanding data and customer behaviour.
- Interest in using AI and modern technology in marketing.
- Comfortable experimenting with different approaches and measuring results.
- Good written English and professional communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
