Responsibilities

• Product Development
• - Help develop and improve products for Hooks & Needles.
• - Review patterns, instructions, and content for accuracy and quality.
• - Work with creators and internal teams to bring projects to life.
• Customer Feedback
• - Review customer feedback and spot trends, issues, and opportunities.
• - Turn insights into ideas for improving products and the customer experience.
• Market Research
• - Keep up with crochet and knitting trends.
• - Research new ideas, products, and opportunities for the brand.

Requirements

• Extreme attention to detail - You catch the small mistakes and inconsistencies.
• Organized - You like keeping projects, tasks, and details under control.
• Tech-savvy - Comfortable working with tools like Shopify, Asana, Google Sheets, Claude, InDesign, and other AI tools.
• Independent - You take ownership and follow things through without being chased.
• Adaptable - You handle changing priorities without losing focus.
• Curious - You enjoy learning, testing ideas, and finding better ways to do things.
• Open to feedback - You take feedback on board and use it to improve.

Preferred

• Crochet or knitting knowledge - A strong advantage, especially when working with patterns and product content.
• Experience in e-commerce, product development, or brand management is helpful, but we’re also interested in people who are smart, proactive, detail-focused, and eager to learn.
