Job Summary

Own and develop our social media presence by filming, editing and ideating short form content across platforms, while learning what resonates with audiences and traveling to shoots as needed.

Lead filming and editing of reels/tikToks and other short-form videos
Generate creative ideas and analyze content performance
Travel to job sites to capture content and behind-the-scenes

Job Description

Responsibilities

Filming videos of our flooring projects, installations and transformations
Taking high-quality photos for social media and marketing
Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms
Editing short-form videos, Reels and TikToks
Coming up with creative ideas for new content
Capturing before-and-after transformations
Getting behind-the-scenes footage of our team and installations
Helping us understand what content performs best and what our audience enjoys
Travelling to different jobs and locations when required

Requirements

You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, creativity and willingness to learn.
You’ll ideally be: Creative and full of ideas
Confident using a phone camera and social media
Comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera
Interested in TikTok, Instagram and short-form video
Keen to learn photography and video editing
Reliable, organised and enthusiastic
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Interested in how businesses use social media to grow
A good communicator with a positive attitude

Preferred

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe or other editing software would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
