About ECHO

ECHO is a fast growing street-interview ad agency helping consumer brands produce authentic, performance-focused content for organic and paid social.

We work with brands across food, drink, fitness, travel and consumer technology, managing everything from creative strategy and production through to campaign delivery.

We’re now looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of our existing client relationships, keep campaigns running smoothly and identify opportunities to grow each account.

The role

You’ll become the main point of contact for a portfolio of ECHO clients after they have signed.

This is a hybrid account-management and project-management role. You’ll be responsible for understanding each client’s objectives, coordinating internal delivery and developing strong relationships that lead to renewals, upsells and longer-term partnerships.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day communication with existing clients
  • Build trusted relationships with client marketing teams
  • Lead campaign kick-off calls and creative briefings
  • Turn client requirements into clear internal briefs
  • Coordinate presenters, videographers, editors and other team members
  • Manage timelines, approvals, feedback and revisions
  • Keep clients updated throughout production
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the agreed standard
  • Track deliverables and maintain accurate project records
  • Organise campaign reviews and present performance learnings
  • Identify opportunities for additional shoots, retainers, distribution and other services
  • Develop proposals and support the founder in expanding existing accounts
  • Resolve problems quickly while maintaining a positive client experience
What success looks like
  • Clients always understand what is happening and what comes next
  • Campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Feedback and revisions are managed efficiently
  • Client relationships become stronger over time
  • One-off campaigns develop into repeat work or retainers
  • Relevant commercial opportunities are identified and progressed
  • The founder spends less time managing routine delivery
Who we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in account management, client services or project management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
  • Commercially minded and confident discussing additional opportunities with clients
  • Able to turn unclear client requests into structured actions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing agency
  • Proactive, dependable and confident taking ownership
  • Based in the UK and available during normal UK working hours
Helpful but not essential
  • Experience within a creative, social-media, production or marketing agency
  • Familiarity with short-form video, paid-social creative or influencer campaigns
  • Experience using project-management and CRM platforms
  • Ability to attend occasional London shoots or client meetings
Progression

This role will begin part-time while ECHO continues to grow. For the right person, there is a clear opportunity to progress into a full-time position and eventually lead client services and account growth across the agency.
