Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Delivery: Turn 12-month account strategies into actionable, flawless execution plans.
  • Quality Control & Execution: Draft top-tier content, pitch national media, and act as the ultimate gatekeeper for your team’s pitches and press releases.
  • Client & Team Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client matters, run weekly meetings, and confidently direct and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants.
  • Commercial Ownership: Manage team resources effectively, track outputs, and protect account profitability.
  • Clear Path to Promotion: We want you to grow. Your promotion gates to Senior Campaign Manager include independently designing multi-layered campaigns, mastering account profitability, and successfully integrating our Content, Digital, or Creative services into existing PR retainers.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a B2B PR agency environment, with deep expertise in managing tech accounts (e.g., Telecoms, Cyber, SaaS, Enterprise Tech).
  • Project Management: Expert organisational skills. You can effortlessly manage multiple workstreams, competing deadlines, and direct reports.
  • Media Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of the media landscape and a proven ability to secure top-tier coverage.
  • The Babel Attitude: You are Brave. You aren’t afraid to ask difficult questions, challenge the status quo, or push back on a client if it means achieving a better result.
