Responsibilities

• Own the product marketing strategy for your category, with clear accountability for category sales growth, product performance and margin improvement
• Partner closely with the Product Development Manager to refine product strategy, portfolio priorities and growth opportunities
• Identify opportunities across hero products, whitespace, repromoted, pricing, bundling, gifting, cross-sell and portfolio mix
• Support product refinements and portfolio optimisation where needed
• Use performance data, consumer insight and market context to improve decision-making and drive better outcomes
• Strategic Partnership with Product Development
• Work alongside the Product Development Manager from concept through to launch and optimisation
• Bring the consumer, brand and commercial lens into product development from the outset
• Contribute to proposition development, pricing, pack architecture and portfolio logic
• Be actively involved in product testing and development sign-off to ensure a best-in-class standard
