Job Summary

Own the UK PMM vision for Talent Marketplace, shaping GTM, roadmap, and market fit; becomes the bridge between product, sales, and UK buyers, using market mapping and customer insights to drive ATS adoption and marketplace liquidity.

  • Own GTM Strategy and Roadmap Influence: translate complex value to UK marketing across channels and stakeholder teams.
  • Market Mapping and Demand: map UK regions, industries, and roles to fuel liquidity and identify demand clusters.
  • Customer Research and Activation: conduct deep-dive interviews and document activation patterns to inform product direction and adoption barriers.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership: Owning the UK Product Marketing roadmap, starting with Talent Marketplace and expanding into broader HR and Payroll solutions. - Market-Product Fit: Identifying and closing product-market fit gaps specifically for UK employers to ensure rapid ATS adoption. - GTM Strategy: Developing and leading the end-to-end GTM strategy for the UK Talent Marketplace, translating complex value propositions into local marketing excellence. - Roadmap Influence: Partnering with Product Managers to prioritize the roadmap based on UK-specific competitive analysis and market requirements. - Market Mapping: Mapping UK supply and demand across regional hiring hubs, industry verticals, and role types to fuel marketplace liquidity. - Commercial Enablement: Optimizing the Talent pitch for the UK market, ensuring local CX, SDR, and AE teams are equipped to win. - Daily Impact: Collaborating with the marketing team to turn core value propositions into high-impact messaging across all channels. - Daily Impact: Conducting deep-dive customer research to understand the why behind product usage and barriers to adoption. - Daily Impact: Defining requirements for UK success by distilling feedback from customers and sales teams. - Daily Impact: Managing high-stakes product releases and ensuring full internal readiness. - Daily Impact: Analyzing data to identify demand clusters, influencing both candidate acquisition and product direction. - Daily Impact: Leveraging AI to document customer activation patterns and inform future product development.
