Own the UK product marketing engine to position, launch, and sell products with a clear, differentiated PropTech value, aligning product, sales, and client success around customer insights and market truth.

  • Turn customer and competitive insight into differentiated UK positioning and messaging.
  • Build scalable launch motions and enable GTM with proof points that accelerate adoption and expansion.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead how our products are positioned, launched, sold, and adopted in the UK market
  • Shape market narrative, build a modern product marketing engine, and ensure customer-facing teams articulate clear, differentiated value
  • Lead a small product marketing team and collaborate with product, sales and CSM to optimize go-to-market execution
  • Own UK product positioning grounded in customer insight, competitive intelligence, and market insight; differentiate Reapit in PropTech
  • Turn customer insight, win/loss analysis, and competitive signals into clear positioning and messaging
  • Maintain a strong point of view on where we win, where we lose, and why; influence product and GTM decisions with market truth
  • Build value-led messaging and frameworks for pitches, demos, proposals, and conversations; enable Sales, Account Management and CSM with narratives and proof points
  • Create expansion and adoption plays for existing customers; support cross-sell and upsell with clear value stories and campaigns
  • Lead UK go-to-market strategy for product launches; ensure launches are market-relevant, internally aligned, and adoption-focused
  • Build a repeatable, scalable launch motion across products and teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS or technology environments
  • Experience in win/loss programs, competitive, customer and market intelligence, or revenue enablement
  • Strong background in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience leading or mentoring others (formal people leadership)
  • Track record of partnering effectively with Product, Sales and Customer teams

Preferred

  • Experience in PropTech
  • Experience working in Hubspot and Webflow
