Job Summary

Own the messaging, positioning, and GTM playbooks for fintech/treasury products, translating complex capabilities into clear value and coordinating go-to-market launches with marketing and sales teams.

  • Develop ICP-, vertical-, and use-case messaging and value propositions.
  • Create sales enablement assets, battlecards, personas, and objection-handling guides.
  • Lead GTM execution, product launches, and monitor market trends to inform strategy with competitive intelligence.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain messaging and positioning across ICPs, verticals and use cases
  • Translate complex treasury and payments capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, personas and objection handling guides
  • Support sales teams with training on positioning, messaging and go-to-market plays
  • Own competitive intelligence and market positioning frameworks
  • Lead go-to-market execution and product launch activity in partnership with wider marketing teams
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive movements to inform commercial strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Marketing, GTM or a related B2B SaaS role
  • Proven experience developing messaging and positioning strategies end-to-end
  • Strong sales enablement experience, creating assets that drive commercial impact
  • Experience working in a sales-led, enterprise B2B environment with longer sales cycles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Analytical mindset with experience using market insights, win/loss analysis and pipeline data to inform strategy
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT within a marketing or GTM environment

Preferred

  • Experience within fintech, payments or financial infrastructure
  • Familiarity with treasury, finance operations or corporate banking audiences
  • Experience supporting enterprise or upmarket growth strategies
