Job Summary

Owns end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, website, social, partnerships, and lead generation, coordinating content, CRO testing, and partner activations to drive audience engagement and revenue.

Campaign orchestration: plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel programs with tight deadlines.
Content & conversion: create conversion-focused email, social, and landing-page assets and run CRO testing.
Cross-functional impact: align with sales, production, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and success.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, website, social, partnerships, and lead generation
Manage campaign delivery end-to-end, ensuring all activity is executed on time and to a high standard
Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns in Pardot, including segmentation and targeting
Monitor and optimise performance across campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and engagement
Create high-performing, conversion-led content for email, social, and landing pages
Manage and update website content, including landing pages, agenda, speakers, and lead magnets
Support CRO improvements through testing, optimisation, and user journey enhancements
Deliver partner and sponsor marketing activity, including email swaps, listings, and co-marketing campaigns
Track performance across channels (email, web, social, partnerships) and contribute to reporting and insights
Work closely with internal teams (sales, production, operations) to ensure alignment and campaign success

Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within events or life sciences
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Confident working to deadlines and taking ownership of delivery
Creative eye
Ambitious and motivated to progress within a fast-growing business
6 month FTC to perm
