Job Summary

Own EU Retail Media activation and partnership-driven growth across multiple brand portfolios, combining closed-loop attribution with platform-led campaigns to optimize spend and reach in major markets.

  • Retail Media & Partnerships: Manage activations with major retailers and quick commerce players (e.g., Tesco, Deliveroo, Glovo) to drive sales and ensure budget discipline.
  • Platform Activation & Attribution: Lead campaigns on Criteo, Citrus, DSPs, and Meta with robust measurement and cross-channel attribution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign outputs across key European markets.
  • Drive incremental sales growth through closed-loop attribution and innovative Retail Media strategies.
  • Work across Bacardi brands including Bacardi, Martini, Patrón, St‑Germain, Bombay Sapphire, and Dewar's.
  • Partner with major retailers and quick commerce platforms including Tesco, Carrefour, Sainsbury's, Kaufland, Intermarché, Deliveroo, Uber, and Glovo.
  • Activate campaigns through platforms including Criteo, Citrus, DSPs, and Meta across UK, Italy, France, Spain, and Germany.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing Retail Media campaigns across EU markets.
  • Experience with platforms such as Criteo and Citrus; knowledge of DV360 and Meta is a bonus.
  • Understanding of the Retail Media ecosystem, publisher offerings, and Quick Commerce landscape.
  • Highly organized, commercially minded; comfortable managing budgets, finance reconciliation, campaign reporting, and client communications.
  • Capable in a fast-paced agency environment; ability to prioritise, adapt quickly, and solve problems creatively.
  • Strong communication skills with fluent written and spoken English; able to explain programmatic and Retail Media concepts to clients and colleagues.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of DV360 and Meta (bonus).
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative culture.
