Job Summary

Own cross channel brand storytelling and content discipline with a clear ownership of CMS, freelancer pool, and campaign launches to drive awareness, equity and leads.

  • Brand & Content Ownership: Own top 1% social first content, brand guidelines, and cross channel consistency across public channels.
  • Operating Cadence: Manage the content pool, office assets, CMS workflow, and freelance talent to deliver on-brand outputs on schedule.
  • Launch & Campaign Delivery: Coordinate site launches and content touchpoints to maximise impressions and lead generation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Building a Cult Brand: Own brand awareness and engagement strategy across public channels with top 1% social-first content to drive awareness, equity, engagement and leads, with budget and junior contractors.
  • Sales Enablement & Product Marketing: Own CMS to ensure each office has correct floorplans and photos, plus office-specific assets and emails as needed.
  • Freelancer Pool Management: Manage the content pool and triage ad-hoc content requests from CCO, Head of Growth or Exec team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Campaign & Launch Management: When launching new sites, ensure digital and physical content touchpoints are ready on time and on brand, driving impressions and leads.
  • Brand Management: Keeper of the brand bible, owning guidelines and ensuring RWE brand consistency across touchpoints with implemented processes.

  • You know what good looks like for content - from product photography to copy to short form video - and how to get it made beautifully, effectively and efficiently by freelancers, your reports or yourself
  • Content Strategy (Brand + Product)
  • You understand what to say to buyers, and when to say it.
  • You have a clear grasp on content and marketing strategy and how to apply it throughout the marketing lifecycle, and can build and execute a content strategy from the ground up.
  • You’ve built engaged audiences and managed a differentiated brand before, and understand how to produce product marketing assets that answer buyer questions across the funnel.
  • Pace & People Management
  • You have strong project management skills to keep content production on time, plus a proven ability to recruit, brief and manage a pool of freelancers. Confident managing 1 - 2 junior marketers effectively.
