Job Summary

Own Moov s school pod by delivering structured, progression-focused sessions, mentoring two Level 1 coaches, and shaping curriculum with the founder while building the pod s brand touchpoints with schools and parents.

Ownership: coaching across five schools, weekend camps, and curriculum input.
People & Brand: lead coaches, maintain the website, social content, and customer communications.
Growth & Brand Campaigns: support enrolment-driving campaigns and partner with the GM on brand and comms.

Job Description

Schools Coach: Manage a pod of five schools, delivering ten Moov classes per week.
Lead and develop two Level 1 coaches.
Deliver sessions that are playful, structured and progression-focused.
Establish and run a programme of weekend and holiday camps.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Moov curriculum and product alongside our founder, Amy.
Build strong relationships with school staff and parents across your pod.
Brand & Marketing Co-ordinator: Manage and update the Moov website.
Plan, create and schedule content across our social media channels.
Design and run customer loyalty initiatives.
Produce newsletters and customer communications.
