Job Summary

Own and optimize retail media campaigns across digital, email, app and in-store touchpoints, turning insights into improved ROAS and revenue growth.

  • Campaign planning, setup and asset delivery across on-site, search, banners, sponsorships and off-site placements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with brand, partnerships and Trade Marketing to align category and fascia goals.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting using Meta Ads and dashboards to inform stakeholders and drive optimizations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of retail media campaigns across digital (website, email, app), paid media and in-store channels
  • Managing campaign set-up, including uploading placements (on-site banners, search ads, category sponsorships and off-site activity) and ensuring all assets are delivered on time
  • Working closely with internal teams, brand partners and the partnerships team across multiple categories and fascia
  • Assisting in the creation of compelling marketing proposals, presentations and maintaining up-to-date media kits
  • Monitoring campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads and internal dashboards, producing clear insights and reports for stakeholders
  • Supporting revenue growth by tracking campaign budgets, timelines and helping maximise media inventory opportunities
  • Providing general support to the Trade Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, including attending trade shows, events and partner meetings

Requirements

  • Has 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, sales or partnerships, or a relevant degree
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of key media KPIs such as ROAS, CTR and impressions
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
  • Communicates confidently with internal teams and external partners
  • Is comfortable working with data, reporting and marketing systems (CRM experience is a plus)
  • Takes initiative, shows a proactive mindset and is eager to learn and develop
  • Has a genuine interest in the outdoor industry and a passion for getting outside
