Job Summary
Own local leasing marketing delivery by coordinating cross-functional campaigns and ensuring brand alignment with agents, enabling timely, high-quality materials for retail/logistics growth.

Job Description
- Responsibilities: Plan and deliver leasing marketing materials and campaigns.
- Campaign Delivery & Alignment: Ensure activities are integrated with central brand, digital, and leasing priorities.
- Local Collaboration & Quality: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver locally relevant marketing for agents.
- Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the Retail and Logistics Marketing Lead to support campaign delivery.
- Materials Quality: Liaise with agents and brokers to ensure marketing materials meet local needs and standards.
- Output Excellence: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all marketing outputs.
- Timely Execution: Support the team in delivering projects on time and to standard.
- Localized Campaign Ownership: Deliver high-quality, locally relevant marketing for agents.
