Job Summary

Own the in-store experience engine for a rotating multi-brand concept, ensuring welcoming customer engagement, polished presentation, and smooth day-to-day operations that bring brand storytelling to life for every visitor.

  • In-store Experience: Welcome customers, drive a warm, culturally rich atmosphere, and support brand activations and events.
  • merchandising & presentation: maintain visual displays and stock organisation to uphold TALES House standards.
  • Operations & collaboration: assist with opening/closing, partner with management, and ensure consistent customer experience across shifts.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage customers, creating a warm, memorable, and culturally rich in-store experience
  • Support in-store activations, campaigns, pop-ups, and experiential events
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and overall visual presentation of the store at all times
  • Support visual merchandising activities, including product displays, arrangement, and presentation standards
  • Assist with merchandising, stock handling, tagging, replenishment, and inventory organisation
  • Ensure product displays remain visually appealing, customer-friendly, and aligned with the TALES House brand experience
  • Support day-to-day retail operations, including opening and closing procedures where required
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experience
  • Represent TALES House London professionally and positively at all times
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, or other related courses preferred
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Experience or interest in visual merchandising and retail presentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, friendly, and comfortable engaging with customers
  • Good visual eye and strong attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of store presentation and customer experience standards
  • Proactive, organised, and able to take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand retail environment
  • Available for flexible shifts, including weekends
