Job Summary

Market-driven product marketing and GTM orchestration to drive growth through research-led positioning, multi-channel launches, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Market Strategy & Positioning: translate customer, market, and competitor insights into differentiated positioning and value-based messaging for go-to-market plans.
  • GTM Launch & Distribution: own product launches, pricing, distribution strategy, and cross-functional go-to-market plans with Product, Sales, and Marcom.
  • Enablement & Alignment: develop sales tools and ensure consistent messaging, while coordinating with product lines and business areas for joint opportunities and performance insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Market insight & strategy
  • Lead customer, market, and competitor research in collaboration with Sales
  • Translate insights into positioning, differentiation, and commercial strategy
  • Support market segmentation and sizing activities
  • Go-to-market & product positioning
  • Own and orchestrate product launches and go-to-market plans (Product, Price, Place)
  • Define product positioning and differentiation in collaboration with Product Managers
  • Define product distribution strategy (traditional, digital, omni-channel)
  • Messaging & marketing alignment
  • Own the messaging strategy (in collaboration with Marketing Communications and Sales)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Solid experience (typically 6+ years) in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or a similar B2B role, ideally within technical, industrial, SaaS, or energy-related environments
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive commercial growth
  • Strong understanding of market segmentation, customer journeys, and value-based positioning, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams in a global or matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with customer research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement practices
