Job Summary

Own the product marketing narrative for a digital workplace SaaS, turning market insights into a clear GTM and cross-functional demand engine that moves adoption and pipeline.

  • Market insights to define personas, journeys, and messaging across products.
  • GTM ownership: launch plans, positioning, value props, and roadmap influence with product.
  • Demand gen & enablement: sales tools, case studies, demos, webinars, and campaigns to drive adoption and pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop buyer personas and customer journey maps.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute product launch plans, including messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with product management to shape roadmap based on market feedback.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales tools, collateral, and training materials to support sales teams.
  • Develop case studies, presentations, and product demos.
  • Content & Campaigns: Lead the creation of thought leadership content, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Work with marketing to drive demand generation and lead nurturing.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and report on product marketing KPIs (adoption, pipeline, win rates, etc.).
  • Gather feedback from customers and sales to refine messaging and strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in product marketing or related roles.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within digital workplace, SaaS, or unified communications.
  • Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (UC, collaboration, end user compute, endpoint management, etc.).
  • Demonstrated self-starter with a track record of independently organising and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products or services.
  • Proven track record working with technology service providers in the B2B Large Enterprise market.
  • Recognised as the subject matter expert in product marketing within cross-functional teams, confidently leading discussions and providing strategic guidance.
  • Comfortable taking ownership, setting direction, and influencing stakeholders at all levels to achieve business objectives, especially in a multinational organisation.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research and data-driven decision making.
