Job Summary

Own product marketing strategy and messaging for a B2B SaaS portfolio with AI features, align with revenue goals, and lead a PMM function that drives adoption and cross-functional impact.

  • Strategy and positioning: own the portfolio messaging, including AI capabilities, to translate tech into business value.
  • Go-to-market and enablement: lead GTM for new features and strategic initiatives with cross-functional alignment and revenue impact.
  • Leadership and collaboration: mentor PMMs and partner with Product, Revenue, and Global Marketing to drive demand and adoption.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the global Product Marketing strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the full portfolio (including AI-driven capabilities).
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new features, releases, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support Revenue enablement: equip Sales and CSM teams with compelling narratives, battlecards, pitch decks, and competitive insights.
  • Strengthen our competitive positioning in a rapidly evolving experimentation and personalization market by partnering with Global Marketing to align positioning, go-to-market narratives, and demand generation strategy.
  • Support product adoption and customer value realization by collaborating closely with Product and Customer teams.
  • Structure and scale internal processes to ensure alignment between Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
  • Leverage data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, retention).
  • Lead and develop the Product Marketing team (including mentoring junior PMMs).
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong expertise in positioning complex, technical, and AI-driven products, with the ability to translate advanced capabilities into clear, compelling business value.
  • Proven experience leading go-to-market strategies in international environments.
  • Strong understanding of Sales enablement and revenue impact.
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into compelling, business-oriented messaging.
  • Experience working in close collaboration with Product and Revenue teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions.
  • Leadership experience managing and growing PMM teams, with the ability to balance strategic direction and hands-on execution in a lean environment.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English (French is a plus).
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy building structure where needed, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping teams aligned.
