Job Summary

Own the paid media and SEO execution for a small agency, coordinating Google and Meta campaigns and SEO briefs while shaping client onboarding, landing-page optimization, and internal agency marketing.

Growth & Campaign Management: Own Google and Meta campaigns from audit to optimization, manage budgets, and track ROI.
SEO & Content: Do keyword research, produce sitemaps and briefs, and guide landing-page optimization with design/dev support.
Client & Agency Marketing: Lead onboarding of new accounts, attend meetings, present plans, and contribute to internal advertising and artwork creation from brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

Growth & Campaign Management: Own Google and Meta campaigns from audit to optimization, manage budgets, and track ROI.
SEO & Content: Do keyword research, produce SEO sitemaps and briefs, and guide landing-page optimization with design/dev support.
Client & Agency Marketing: Lead onboarding of new accounts, attend meetings, present plans, and contribute to internal advertising and artwork creation from brand guidelines.

Requirements

A degree, apprenticeship or similar education level in data analysis, digital marketing or media-related course
2+ years experience in paid online advertising and SEO
A track record of planning and executing successful Google advertising campaigns
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and utilise complex advertising data
Experience managing a range of advertising budgets and maximising ROI
A thorough understanding of both B2B and B2C sectors, including both e-commerce and service-based businesses
Willing and ready to learn new tools and technologies
PPC Campaign Management: 2 years (required)
SEO: 1 year (required)
