  • Advise internal stakeholders and provide marketing leadership across the College to improve performance.

Job Description

Own multi-channel recruitment, learner growth and employer marketing with data-driven segmentation to drive enrolments and commercial growth.

  • Responsibilities: Leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support student recruitment, commercial training and income-generating activity
  • Responsibilities: Driving learner recruitment across the full lifecycle – from awareness through to enrolment
  • Responsibilities: Developing and delivering employer-focused (B2B) marketing campaigns to support commercial growth
  • Responsibilities: Using data, insight and audience segmentation to inform targeted, effective marketing activity
  • Responsibilities: Overseeing digital channels, content and CRM-driven campaigns, ensuring a strong online presence
  • Responsibilities: Monitoring performance against KPIs and delivering clear reporting and continuous improvement
  • Responsibilities: Providing leadership and direction to marketing staff or project teams
  • Responsibilities: Acting as a trusted marketing adviser to internal stakeholders across the College
  • Requirements: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience
  • Requirements: Significant experience in a marketing role focused on recruitment, growth or income generation
  • Requirements: Proven expertise in digital and multi-channel marketing, including analytics and campaign optimisation
  • Requirements: Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate insight into results
  • Requirements: Experience of both consumer (B2C) and employer (B2B) marketing
  • Requirements: Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills
  • Requirements: Experience leading projects or managing teams
  • Preferred: Experience within the education, public sector or skills environment would be advantageous.
