Job Summary

Own social content creation, community management, and cross‑channel performance with data‑driven tweaks to tone, formats, and CRM journeys.

  • Content & Production: Build daily social content, film and edit in‑house, and repurpose long form into short form assets.
  • Channel & Community: Run Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest; monitor DMs/comments and respond to inquiries to preserve brand voice.
  • Performance & CRM: Design CRM journeys, segment audiences, and report on conversion and revenue impact.

  • Film and edit short-form video content in-house

  • Create on-brand graphics and captions

  • Manage content calendar across platforms

  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets

  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest social accounts

  • Monitor DMs, comments and community engagement

  • Respond to customer enquiries via social
  • \n
  • Maintain brand tone of voice

  • Manage performance across email, paid media, web, and organic channels

\nRequirements\n

  • 3-5 years of social media experience
  • \n
  • Experience in social media management across multiple platforms
  • \n
  • Confident copywriter aligning with our tone of voice and audience
  • \n
  • Highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n
  • Strong photo and video editing skills (e.g adobe premiere pro)
  • \n
  • Confident filming and presenting when needed
  • \n
  • Marketing: 1 year (required)
