Job Summary

Own content and comms that shape how we are seen — newsletters and thought leadership, press outreach, clinical recruitment journeys, and sales enablement spill into LinkedIn growth and partner collaborations.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Create content that connects: Newsletters, thought leadership articles, blogs. You’ll write the copy that makes our work and achievements stand out. - Own our voice in the press: Write press releases and pitch to journalists to win coverage that builds our brand in pet insurance, corporate benefits and clinical research. - Own clinical trial recruitment and campaigns: Design and deliver comms journeys that recruit users for our clinical research customers. Recruiting them into studies and keeping them there until completed. - Support sales: Organise exhibitions, design stands and collateral, and produce demo videos and decks that open doors for our sales team. - Account management support: Support in maintaining strong relationships with clients, answering their needs and supplying what they require. - Drive LinkedIn: Keep our channel active and engaging, building an audience that genuinely wants to hear from us. Requirements - B2B marketing experience, creating assets and writing copy that engages business audiences. - Exceptional copywriting skills across all formats: long form, short form, and social media. - Event organisation experience, delivering to a high standard and on time. - Client-facing confidence, comfortable collaborating with partners to grow and sustain relationships. - Creativity and creative thinking. The ability to generate new ideas that meet briefs and engage audiences. - CRM experience, using platforms such as Braze to build flows and trigger comms. - Energy and a can-do attitude. You’re the person who makes things happen. - A love of variety, no two days are the same and you wouldn’t have it any other way.
