Job Summary

Own end-to-end event logistics and support for sponsorships while coordinating content and digital marketing touchpoints across social channels.

  • Event Execution and Logistics: Plan, venue arrangements, signage, materials, catering, AV, and on-site support from setup to pack-down.
  • Brand Presence and Partnerships: Maintain sponsorship commitments, manage branding at events, and contribute to nominations, press, and community communications.
  • Content and Digital Marketing Support: Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram; assist with digital marketing activities and learn CRM/SEO/tools as needed.
