Job Summary
Own web agency coordination and asset upkeep across the Holdcroft Group, aligning updates with campaigns and influencer activity.
- Web and asset ops: Manage website updates, CMS content, imagery, and assets; coordinate with the agency.
- Campaign delivery and calendars: Support campaigns, emails, social assets, and keep calendars and trackers on track.
- Partnerships and events: Coordinate influencer activity, product placements, brand events, and supplier communications.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Acting as the main contact for our web agency, managing website updates and digital requests
- Keeping website content, imagery, and marketing assets up to date
- Coordinating influencer activity, product placements, and brand events
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, email communications, and social media assets
- Maintaining marketing calendars, project trackers, and key deadlines across the Group
Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience in a marketing or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
- Good communication skills with the confidence to work with agencies and suppliers
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and experience with CMS or project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana
- Full UK Driving Licence
