Job Summary

You will own the end-to-end marketing workflow, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver on-brand materials and engaging social media campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Constructing, proofreading and signing off marketing materials, including our national door drop leaflets, marketing emails and in-store point of sale.
  • Working with colleagues, suppliers and external agencies to ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content across our social media channels.
  • Promoting social media posts through advertisements and boosting.
  • Monitoring and analysing social media performance, reporting on campaign results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing influencer relationships, including correspondence, product gifting and campaign administration.
  • Supporting the wider Marketing and Commercial team with the planning and delivery of promotional campaigns and other marketing projects as required.
  • Sending store communications on upcoming activity.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have excellent written communication skills together with exceptional attention to detail. They will be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work accurately to deadlines.
  • Applicants should have a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A relevant qualification in Marketing or a related subject would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • The office is home to many of the Company’s Directors and Senior Management Team, so the successful candidate must be comfortable and confident communicating with people at all levels of seniority, as well as external suppliers and agencies.
  • Above all, the successful candidate should share and be able to demonstrate the Farmfoods values of Hard Work, Trust, Respect and a Positive Attitude . A “can do” attitude is essential.
