Job Summary

Own end-to-end lead qualification and CPD booking, coordinating with segment Account Sales Managers to accelerate conversion and keep Salesforce data clean and actionable.

  • Lead qualification and inbound screening across three market segments to feed the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with field sales and ASMs to book CPDs and nurture key accounts.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and pipeline visibility in Salesforce to improve follow-ups and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales potential across architects, specifiers and installers.
  • Manage leads and strengthen relationships through the customer journey.
  • Pre-qualify projects by researching relevance for sales.
  • Support field sales and book CPDs with professional communication.
  • Improve sales performance by managing Salesforce data and tracking progress.
  • Drive high‑quality inbound lead qualification, CPD bookings, and sales pipeline across three market segments.
  • Ensure timely lead follow‑up and seamless CRM coordination with segment ASMs.
  • Proactively engage prospects and optimize Salesforce workflows to maximize conversions.

Requirements

  • experience in telemarketing, inside sales and lead generation
  • strong communication and telephone-based customer interaction skills
  • experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • KPIs are not foreign words to you, but valuable tools - and you know exactly how to process leads professionally and in a targeted manner
