Job Summary

Own SEM across EMEA with cross channel PPC and paid social, driving pipeline through localized keyword, ad copy, and landing page optimization.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build and optimize cross region SEM and social programs to drive pipeline in EMEA.
  • Localization and Creative: Lead keyword research, localization, ad copy, and landing pages to fit regional markets.
  • Measurement and Collaboration: Monitor performance, forecast budgets, and align with field, content, and GTM teams to ensure consistency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEM strategy across EMEA regions, including Google Ads, Bing, and regional platforms
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and pipeline growth in EMEA key markets
  • Manage and evolve EMEA social media channels (paid and organic), ensuring consistent messaging, engagement, and performance across platforms
  • Oversee budget management, forecasting, and bid strategy across search programs to maximize ROI
  • Conduct keyword research, localization, and competitive analysis tailored to EMEA markets
  • Create, test, and optimize ad copy and landing page experiences, partnering with content and web teams
  • Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, pipeline contribution) and continuously optimize both search and social channel performance
  • Deliver performance reporting and insights across digital channels to stakeholders
  • Partner with regional field, content, and global awareness teams to align campaigns with GTM plans and business goals
  • Ensure consistency between paid search, social programs, and broader campaign activations
