Job Summary

Own security governance and risk management across complex, data-driven ecosystems, aligning engineering leadership, embedding secure-by-design practices in pipelines and architectures, and guiding product teams toward compliant, scalable solutions.

  • Security strategy: advisory role shaping policy, threat modelling, and architecture reviews across MarTech, data platforms, and AI.
  • Engineering integration: embed controls in CI/CD, identity, entitlements, and partner integrations for scalable security outcomes.
  • Cross-team influence: align clusters, drive adoption of best practices, and translate risk into business decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive measurable compliance by partnering with Digital Security to assess and validate controls and evidence across teams with varying maturity levels
  • Build an inclusive, high-performing culture where teams proactively surface risks, challenge assumptions, and improve outcomes
  • Align cluster leadership (Engineering Directors, Principal Engineers) to prioritise and resource key security initiatives
  • Enable secure innovation by making balanced, risk-informed decisions across areas such as MarTech, AI, and customer platforms
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting on security posture, including progress, risks, and delivery timelines
  • Embed security controls and guardrails into engineering pipelines and architectures to deliver consistent, scalable outcomes
  • Increase security maturity and awareness by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and success stories across teams
  • In this role, you will secure a complex, data-driven ecosystem spanning MarTech, identity and consent, customer data platforms, personalization engines, and creator and gaming environments
  • You will drive security- and compliance-by-design, strengthening identity, entitlements, and partner integrations, and ensuring secure implementation across GenAI, APIs, real-time data flows, and user-generated content platforms
  • Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will enable secure, scalable solutions by making security practical and aligned to business outcomes
