Own end-to-end influencer talent discovery and campaign execution, from outreach and onboarding to managing creator relationships and coordinating brand collaborations.

Responsibilities
- Discover New Talent Find and recruit emerging influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms in the UK & US markets.
- Sales & Recruitment Conduct outreach and onboarding calls with creators interested in joining Stride Social.
- Talent Management Build strong relationships with influencers and support them throughout campaigns and partnerships.
- Campaign Coordination Manage collaborations between creators and brands to ensure campaigns run smoothly and successfully.
- Brand Outreach Connect directly with brands you believe align with your talent roster and help secure paid campaigns.
- Team Collaboration Work closely with our team through weekly strategy meetings every Monday & Friday.
