Job Description

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of influencer marketing and social media accounts, acting as the strategic lead and primary client contact
Providing strategic counsel to clients to aid their PR, influencer and wider marketing campaigns, especially during difficult situations
Utilising your strong relationships with key influencers and agents and showing team members how to build strong, lasting relationships
Finding solutions to difficult issues that arise and advising the team when situations arise
Dealing with tricky influencers and agents and finding resolutions
Analysing client accounts and implementing strategies to improve client growth, as well as the company’s growth
Being a confident communicator who can quickly think of an effective response to all situations
Finding the best influencers for our clients, negotiating pricing and managing ongoing relationships
Crafting interesting social media strategy and content, and managing social accounts that lead to high engagement and conversion
Implementing client strategy and improving existing processes

Requirements

Experience in influencer marketing and social media
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
Leadership/mentorship capabilities
Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency
Knowledge of influencer platforms (ShopMy, CreatorIQ, Tagger, Traackr, GRIN etc.)
Experience with paid amplification, whitelisting, usage rights or content licensing
Experience across TikTok Shop and creator commerce
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead client strategy
Experience in an agency environment (purpose-led clients)
Content creation experience (social-first)

Preferred

Content creation experience (social-first)
Previous PR experience and an understanding of PR works
Experience working in an agency environment (specifically for purpose-led clients)
Experience with paid amplification, whitelisting, usage rights or content licensing
Experience across TikTok Shop and creator commerce
Experience using influencer platforms (ShopMy, CreatorIQ, Tagger, Traackr, GRIN etc.)
