Job Summary

Own multi-channel jewellery marketing with a tight focus on targeted campaigns, lifecycle touchpoints, and in-store content creation.

  • Campaign calendar ownership aligned to monthly client segmentation and targeted outreach.
  • Revaluation, upgrade, and lifecycle campaigns to re-engage clients and drive meaningful upsell moments.
  • Social presence, content quality, and website updates to support the client journey from first touch to purchase.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Owning the campaign calendar based on monthly client segmentation, ensuring targeted communication rather than generic outreach.
  • Managing the Revaluation Programme by identifying clients whose insurance valuations are due for renewal and facilitating revaluation appointments.
  • Executing upgrade campaigns to encourage clients to trade up their jewellery pieces at key moments.
  • Implementing a weekly thank-you email programme to express gratitude to recent purchasers and share our story.
  • Coordinating champion and lapsed-client campaigns to re-engage clients through events and seasonal promotions.
  • Supporting the Bride Box and lifecycle campaigns to enhance the client journey from engagement to wedding bands.
  • Enhancing the quality of our product photography and building a consistent visual library.
  • Maintaining an engaging presence on Instagram and other social media platforms, showcasing our jewellery and team.
  • Updating website content to keep our new Shopify site fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • A passion for marketing and a keen interest in the jewellery industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is a plus.
