- Own the marketing strategy for launch and post-launch to drive early adoption and growth.
- Align channels, content, and campaigns to reach athletes and performance-minded audiences.
- Turn user feedback into marketing opportunities and product signals to improve performance over time.

Responsibilities
- Design and own the marketing strategy for launch and post-launch
- Plan rollout phases (pre-launch, launch, growth)
- Identify the most effective channels to reach our target audience
- Create and manage social media content across relevant platforms
- Plan posts, campaigns, and engagement strategies
- Track and improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Plan and execute creative ideas for ads, videos, reels, and campaigns
- Help organise or direct content shoots where possible
- Develop strong brand messaging and storytelling
- Engage directly with users, athletes, and early adopters
