Job Summary
Own the multi-channel growth engine, prioritising experiments across inbound channels, paid acquisition, lifecycle engagement, and optimization of the website funnel to convert inquiries into tours and members.
- Growth Engine: Lead experimentation across 20+ inbound channels to improve lead generation and funnel activation.
- Acquisition & Lifecycle: Manage paid social/search/retargeting while designing nurture flows from inquiry to tour to member.
- CRO & Content Ops: Run high-traffic A/B tests, brief campaign landing pages, fix funnel leaks, and coordinate AI-augmented SEO/content with global site presence.
